Full Terms & Conditions
We are the FIFA Museum AG, a company registered in Switzerland with our registered office at Seestrasse 27, P.O. Box, 8002, Zürich Switzerland (“FIFA Museum”, “we”, “our” or “us”).
These competition terms (“Terms”) apply to a Competition (the “Competition”). The Terms apply to you if (i) you participate in the Competition and (ii) you are located in Switzerland. By participating in the Competition, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by, these Terms.
Eligibility. You can only take part in the Competition if: a) You are located in Switzerland
2. Prize. 1st prize: Euro 24 competition ball signed by Cesc Fàbregas and Juan Mata. 2nd prize: adidas OCEAUNZ ball. 3rd prize: FIFA Museum vintage ball.
3. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or its monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason any element of a Prize is not available, we reserve the right to substitute that element for another of equal or greater value, or a cash alternative, in our sole discretion.
4. Participation Criteria. In order to participate in the Competition, you need to:
a) Take part in the play. compete. repeat. challenge at the skills.lab Cube on the first floor of the FIFA Museum in Zurich
b) Enter your credentials into the respective form provided on site at the FIFA Museum in Zurich. They shall include the following: Enter your credentials as requested into the respective form, which shall include the following: (i) first name; (ii) last name; (iii) e-mail address.
5. Limitation. All participants may only take part in the Competition once. Multiple entries to the Competition shall be deemed void. Participants are not allowed to take part in the challenge in someone else’s name.
6. Timings. The Competition will be open every day from 17 December 2024 to 22 December (the “Closing Date”) from 3pm to 5pm (CET time).
7. Selection & announcement of the winner. After the Closing Date, the three people with the highest score (as shown on the scoreboard of the skills.lab Cube) will win the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prize whereas the participant with the highest number will win the 1st prize.
8. We will notify the winners via the email address provided when entering the Competition on or around 23 December 2024.
9. If a winner is (i) ineligible; or (ii) cannot be contacted; or (iii) fails to respond within three (3) days of being notified that they are a winner, the winner shall be disqualified and shall forfeit the opportunity to claim the prize. Thereafter, the prize will go to the participant with the next highest score on the scoreboard at the skills.lab Cube. Following a response from the Winner, we will then provide further detailed information about the method of delivery of the prize.
10. Small print. We always want to offer fair and transparent competitions, free from abuse or cheating. If you enter the Competition in a way that is contrary to these Terms, your entry or entries will be disqualified, any Prize awarded may be withdrawn or voided, and we reserve the right to bar you from entering any future competitions or promotions for a period of at least twelve (12) months.
11. We will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with any of our obligations in these Terms for reasons beyond our reasonable control or reasons beyond the reasonable control of our sub-contractors.
12. If we cannot run the Competition as planned for reasons beyond our reasonable control or for reasons which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Competition, we reserve the right to: (i) disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms; and/or (ii) invalidate any affected entries; and/or (iii) cancel, suspend and/or modify the Competition.
13. We do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any incorrect or inaccurate information you provide or any entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted or misdirected or which cannot be delivered for any technical or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. We do not guarantee continuous or secure access to the Competition page.
14. Any personal data you supply in connection with the Competition will be used by us solely for the purpose of the Competition. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy at https://www.fifa.com/data-protection-portal.
15. Subject always to the Terms, our decision in connection with the Competition shall be final and binding.
16. If any part of these Terms is legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.
17. Any claim or dispute relating to the Competition or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary Court of the Canton of Zurich. You and we agree that the Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Switzerland to the exclusion of its rules on conflict of laws.
